Atlanta Braves
- Major League Baseball team with over 400 network users- Responsible for day to day IT functions for entire enterprise for over 20 years. Reported directly to CFO.- Responsible for the design, implementation, management and support of IT networks at Turner Field, Atlanta Fulton County Stadium, and seven minor league facilities in five states- Project Manager for all IT related aspects during the construction and opening of two minor league facilities in Mississippi and Georgia including the implementation of ticketing, concession, point of sale, restaurant, press box, clubhouse, and front office systems- Project Manager for all IT related aspects during the construction and opening of the Braves spring training complex in Orlando- Responsible for the implementation and support of all servers and desktops in the enterprise- Responsible for the procurement and management of all IT related assets in the enterprise- Worked directly with parent company (Turner Broadcasting) and Major League Baseball on all IT issues involving the Atlanta Braves- Assisted department heads with selection of all mission critical systems and was responsible for implementation and support of those systems including sports management, financial, retail, mail order, time control, concessions, ticketing, stadium entry, and fan rewards- Developed numerous in-house systems utilized in both the baseball and financial management aspects of the business including a scouting/player development system used by over 100 employees. Other systems including player medical report tracking, hit/pitch charting, mail order, inventory, accounting systems, point of sale, and ticket refunding
