This job is all about active listening: listening to clients to find out exactly what they need to accomplish business objectives and who they think can do the job; listening to candidates to find out where they’ve been, what they’re good at, and where they want to go in the future; listening to all sides to make sure that each placement I facilitate is a best-case scenario for everyone involved.I graduated with a B.S. in Sociology and Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
