GravoTech is the global leader in permanent marking solutions and technologies with 3 primary markets consisting of; Industrial, Institutional and Retail. GravoTech manufacturers CNC and laser marking machines as well as materials and proprietary software used in the marking systems. ◼Managed all sales, marketing and product management related functions of GravoTech in the United States, Canada, and Mexico including Field Sales, Field Service, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Marketing communications, E-Commerce, Product Management, R&D, and Technical Support. Provided leadership and accountability for 8 direct reports, with $85M P&L responsibility. Served as Member of the Global Executive Team, responsible for the overall decision making and management of the worldwide organization. Select Accomplishments: ◾Reversed negative trends within sales, marketing and operations, successfully improving Sales and EBITDA ◾Developed strategies and programs to reduce costs throughout the North American organization by 25%◾Restructured and realigned the field sales force together with customer service and technical support to create a completely geographically centric customer service network ◾Implemented total CRM package creating pipeline management and streamlined communications across the organization
