As the VP for Corporate Services, Dan is responsible for the general management of the company’s corporate services, which include but not limited to Sales and Marketing, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Finance and Admin, Information Technology, Operational Excellence (Continuous Improvement), and Business Intelligence.Dan has management consulting experience in SGV & Co. (a member firm of Ernst & Young). As part of the Business Advisory Services Group, Dan was primarily involved in the Supply Chain & Operations practice where his projects include business process reviews, process transformation, data analytics (e.g. spend analysis, process reliability analysis) and financial analysis and benchmarking. Moreover, Dan has professional experience in People and Organization projects including job evaluation and compensation studies. As a consultant, Dan was exposed to a number of companies in diverse industries - including retail, health care and/or pharmaceutical, manufacturing and mining among others.Dan also has experience in the Financial Services industry where he pioneered and led the Business Process Management Team of a MicroFinance Institution, where the responsibility focused on performing extensive process improvement projects to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. Dan later joined FPD Food International Inc., the food manufacturer of the globally recognized 7D Dried Mangoes. He joined as a Continuous Improvement Manager looking after the optimization of the organization’s business processes. Shortly after, Dan took a larger role as the Head of Corporate Services. Dan's primary areas of interests and expertise are operational excellence, data analytics, organizational development and strategic management.
