Project managed the Global Sourcing transformation program with the assistance of consultants from the Hackett group and Accenture.• Responsible for procurement of direct and indirect materials across (9) locations with a combined annual spend of $200M.• Delivered $6.7M savings in FY 2009 and will exceed $9M savings in FY 2010.• Established strategic sourcing process and cross functional commodity teams at Brady.• Implemented cross functional Value Analysis/Value Engineering teams..

Responsible for Supply Chain management across (3) US locations for the water filtration division with a combined annual spend of $75M.• Acted as corporate commodity team leader for castings and filtration media that achieved more than $4M in annualized savings.• Served as the site champion for the Everpure inventory reduction program that resulted in an increase in turns from 4.7 to 10, while improving customer on time delivery from 70% to 94%.• Achieved a $1M cost savings on the company’s overall spend of $5M (20%) for the filtration media commodity
