Certified Splunk Admin and have been working in Splunk for more than 5 years as Splunk Administrator. I have done splunk and splunkforwarder installation for both Linux and Windows and configure it to deployment server, data on-boarding field extractions, dashboard and alert creation. As an operations support our main role (1) is to ensure the availability of the platform for both non prod and production environment as high priority. (2) Manage service request and incidents within SLA. (3) Implement scheduled change and perform post checks upon implementation. Experienced in Splunk Application Deployment across splunk component (via manual and automated) such as Splunk deployer to Search Head cluster, Cluster master to indexer cluster and Deployment server to forwarder/heavy-forwarder. Currently working in a multi-site splunk cluster. Part of on-call support team that triage issues that comes out of business hours, implement scheduled change such as but not limited to indexer rolling restart, splunk upgrade, Disaster's Recovery activity and data rebalancing. Strictly follow the change management process, from creation of the implementation plan to change request approval to implementation and post implementation. Along above, I have done also Splunk App migration from Legacy/IoD/Exalogic servers to AWS servers and dual forwarding and more.
