As a part of the Global Technical Operations team I am responsible for the on-boarding and support of API clients across all trading platforms. I work directly with sales throughout the entire on-boarding process, from the initial conversations to the production go live. We provide trading, market data, and STP solutions through both FIX and proprietary API protocols. I am heavily involved in the release management process working directly with business, development, QA, and production support on prioritization, fixing, and verification of client issues. I also have a lot of experience building and maintaining extensive client relationships with both the business and technical side.

Managed group responsible for client relations and technical support for all voice and electronic Fixed Income trading clients. My team was responsible for ensuring that the customer's system integration with BGC provided them with the full capabilities of features and functionality to electronically interact with the marketplace. We were also responsible for the communication of client’s needs to sales, product managers, and development allowing the prioritization of fixes and releases. I worked closely with sales attending client meetings offering technical expertise on the trading platforms as well as giving presentations

Served as the team lead responsible for the delegation and tracking of testing for all Flextrade order and execution management systems. Team was responsible for performing System, Functional, Regression, and Sanity testing for every release. In addition to QA my team was also responsible for FIX certification testing with clients to ensure that their trading systems were compatible with ours. We verified that network connectivity, all Fix message types supported, and custom broker strategies were thoroughly tested.

Designed, developed, and ran automation scripts, using Quicktest Pro and Winrunner, for Aion BRE and Aion BPM products. Acted as team lead on projects, leading a group of 3-4 people, assigning roles and responsibilities throughout the projects. Conducted system, functional, regression, and acceptance testing for Aion BPM, BRE, and other products. Also served as the lab administrator for the QA team lab. I designed and setup a process to easily image and re-image the machines in the lab. I also maintained lab machines, including patch updates and amo scans as well as assisting other QA team members with any machine problems.
