The email address, employee id, and badge conversions were executed across 13 Go-Lives.• Forms on Demand implementation – Led BJC and Vendor teams to implement a new form and label solution called “Forms on Demand (FOD)” using Agile as the methodology. Forms on Demand has been implemented at multiple hospitals. The FOD roll-out was aligned to the EPIC roll-out schedule. Summary of Active and Recent Projects• Implementing Global Routine Management standards of Daily Standup meetings, Weekly Standup meetings, and Monthly Customer meetings. • Implemented new data structures in the core Sales & Marketing data models to allow accurate reporting of sales information across all 750,000 retailers selling ABI products.• Implemented functionality to allow ABI to direct corporate objectives to a specific retailer by integrating ABI’s objective system with the wholesaler’s selling system. This includes sending objectives with collateral information and receiving confirmation that the objective was executed in the field by the wholesaler’s salesperson. Rollout completion scheduled 4th quarter 2009.• Implemented an enterprise customer relationship management system, Siebel. This improved communication and collaboration between ABI’s sales force of 350 and the wholesaler’s sales force. • Reducing routing cost to our wholesaler family by piloting a centralized routing solution. 700+ wholesalers would gain support in routing their sales force to optimize selling opportunities while reducing their fuel costs. ABI would gain the benefit of the routing information to better target products. • Providing an electronic funds transfer service to national chain accounts. This saves money for national chain accounts, the wholesaler, and ABI. • Member of a Program Management Office overseeing a budget of 10 million dollars over the past 2 years. Worked with customer to gather requirements, rank project priorities, resource management, change management, project quality, and project schedule. • Provided ABI’s national chain account force status on new product rollout.
