Kia Rental Fleet supervisor working with my manager to operate rental departments at Burntwood and Crewe. Running the Affinity and Staff vehicle hire schemes and liaising with customers for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly rental agreements. Sourcing cars to customers specifications and ensuring they are prepared to a high standard.

Undertaking customer handovers of both Kia & Ford franchises; up-selling additional products at pre-handover such as GAP insurance and paint protection. Making the customer experience memorable during their visits to the dealership by going the extra mile - more than just a cup of tea and a smile!Ensuring customers were fully compliant and understood the businesses and their obligations with regard to F&I by walking them through compliance presentations and handing them a pack outlining the offer and what was expected of both parties.

The job involves interfacing with a diverse range of customers determining their needs for what products they need to meet their requirements enabling them to purchase products catered to their needs or solving their problems quickly and efficiently. I assist the manager in the running of the shop, ensuring tasking is done and that customer service is not compromised. The role involves training colleagues in product knowledge, personal and workplace development so they offer sensational service to every customer; interfacing with external companies and head office when needed and cashing up tills including opening and closing the store.

I deal with the day to day running of the shop (stock checks, price checks, maintenance, till work, answering the telephone etc.). On occasions I have been asked to assist with the running of the store.
