Feel free to connect but please don't send me unsolicited recruitment messages.I'm an exceptionally passionate software engineer, I live and breathe the stuff every day and love every moment.Lucky to have been born in the age when Steve Jobs was busy changing the world, I remember hacking on my dad's Apple II Plus as a youngster, fervently and conscientiously transcribing code from the pages of computing magazines and then excitedly watching the green ASCII characters fly across the screen as the program came to life.Later, the idea of networking computers together fascinated me. I drove my parents crazy tying up the phone line for hours on end as my modem clicked and buzzed away at a blazing 2,400 bits every second. I was even nerdy enough to read the entire RFC specifications for the TCP/IP protocols and various other incredibly dry pieces of literature.This led me to my first real job in IT as a network administrator for a relatively small local ISP called ActWEB.NET, while studying for a B.IT. Since then, I've been on some amazing projects, met some really cool people and learned so much about a huge variety of languages, technologies and methodologies.I am an ambitious man. I recently learned just how truly remarkable a man Steve Jobs was, and take a great deal of inspiration from his incredible life.
