About the company: Regional branch (manufacturing - real estate business ) of a well known real estate investor & developer (top 50 of China ).About my role: Integrating Dima’s manufacturing IP with other industrial counterparties through PE or direct cooperation , converting industrial real estate investment opportunities within GBC.About the achievements：3 projects (Foshan, Dongguan) has achieved cooperation with the local government (signed contract) and moved on to the land acquisition phase.

About the company: Regional branch (manufacturing - real estate business ) of a well known real estate investor & developer (top 20 of China ).About my role: Integrating industrial counterparties through PE or direct cooperation , converting industrial real estate investment opportunities within GBC.About the achievements：Achieved cooperation with Guangzhou (Zengcheng District) government (signed contract), which is the first project Zoina Hi-Tech ever entered the top 4 city of China ,the land has been acquired so far.

About the company: A PE based startup enterprise focused on alternative investments in GBA.About my role: Providing basis of investment decision based on industrial & market research achievements, help the full process of project management.About the achievements：Participated in the full process of 6 investments projects (4 real estate & 2 industrial), of which 2 projects has successfully made its exit and profit by the time I left.

About the company: Regional branch(realestate business) of a well known multinational group enterprises (Fortune 500 ).About my role: Converting real estate investment opportunities in Xiamen and Fuzhou based on HNA’s industrial synergy, conducting architecture & urban design management for projects.About the achievements： Achieved cooperation with Fuzhou (Mawei District) government (signed contract), which is the first real estate project HNA ever entered Fujian. The total building area of this project was over 700,000 ㎡， which has been partially built and sold by now.
