I was responsible for design, engineering, implementation and installation of projects for Value Added Systems, managing both internal and 3rd party stakeholders. I introduced standard methods of project management, documentation and comprehensive testing in the field of my responsibility.I designed and managed the 'Next-Bus' IVR project which generated a steady $3000 monthly revenue in just a few weeks after its launchI was the manager of all aspects of the Insight (Voice Mail) system upgrade process. After 9 months of activity the upgraded system entered service without any problems.I definied and managed the testing process for a wide range of cellular applications. System Architect, BSkyB Delivery GroupI was responsible for requirement analysis, system specification and User interface of digital television conditional access customer projects. I prepared a number of RFI/RFPdocuments for the British BSKYB the main strategic customer of NDS.I prepared a comprehensive user interface requirement and testing document, which presented in a highly organized way essential information which was dispersed in the organization.I defined a complete system specificiation for a new version of a smart card, which served as a basis for the development group.

I was a member of the System Engineering group of the Comverse core products: Voice mailbox system, Insight and Unified MessagingI was responsible for requirement analysis and system specification. I represented Comverse at customers (large Telco and mobile service provider companies), during pre-sale activities.I initiated and defined project specific developments, and served as an interface toward the R&D.
