The following items are included within the scope of this role:• Set technology strategy and tactical goals for both Cromwell's European and Australian businesses. • Ensure tactical initiatives align to both corporate strategy and key stakeholder needs. • Execute deployment of robust and secure cloud infrastructure to ensure scalable delivery of application services to the wider global business. • Develop corporate methodology to ensure suitable evaluation and implementation of technology platforms. • Implement a robust and compliant security framework to meet ASIC, Monetary Authority of Singapore & EU General Data Protection standards. • Drive and oversee an aggressive programme of global initiatives to support regional alignment. Global initiatives and disciplines include: Amazon Web Services, CRM, EDMS/ECMS, Office365 & Exchange Online, MDM, ITIL Platform, ERP system amalgamation, DR, incident response and business continuity. • Coach and manage senior IT team members across Europe and Australia. • Negotiate and manage engagement with key vendors and service providers.
