About Dan Moran
I am a Chartered structural engineer working with a great team of people to deliver project across a range of businesses. Over the past 24 years, I have worked on projects in the Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and Education sectors. I have led the engineering teams on a number of high profile healthcare projects in Ireland and abroad, and am a part of the Arup leadership team managing the Arup healthcare business in Europe. My key role is one of design management to ensure that the team are always pulling in the right direction at the same time! Building and maintaining a collaborative approach in the delivery of projects, both internally in our engineering team and with the wider Project teams, provides the opportunity to successfully influence any challenges which arise. I bring a dedicated and energetic approach to all projects to ensure that our team delivers on our Clients expectations.Currently, one of my key projects is the new National Maternity Hospital, Dublin, where I am leading our multi-disciplinary engineering team.I am a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Ireland and a Chartered Structural Engineer with the Institution of Structural Engineers.
