Creatively designed and coordinated new initiatives for a command of 22,000 personnel at Headquarters, Air Force Global Strike Command. Approving authority for $7.9M portfolio of large-scale training events and sub-contractor courseware. Directed a cross-functional team of 20 headquarters staff officers and 12 field operations officers in year-long planning for the U.S. Air Force's largest nuclear weapons exercise, with 3,500 personnel throughout the Western U.S. receiving realistic training.

Wichita Falls, Texas Area

Charged with oversight of 300+ student pilots, ensuring year-long training flowed smoothly at Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training. Led division to an “Excellent” inspection rating by winning $1M grant for student dormitory renovations and streamlining the program’s initial student orientation. As team leader, directed 6 instructors training 24 multinational students to become jet pilots for their countries.
