I am D’Andre Dogan, currently an Account Specialist at Aon in the Chicago office. I am a proud alumnus of Illinois State University, having graduated in the fall of 2023. My academic journey was focused on small business management, with a specialized concentration in risk management and insurance. This focus has fueled my aspiration to establish myself as a dedicated professional in the insurance industry.During my time at the university, I had the privilege of gaining valuable experience and insights at the State Farm College of Business. This exposure allowed me to understand the intricacies of business management and the pivotal role of risk management in ensuring business sustainability.In addition to this, I had the opportunity to be a part of the Katie School of Insurance. This experience further deepened my understanding of the insurance industry, equipping me with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complex landscape of risk management insurance.Furthermore, my involvement with Gamma Iota Sigma, a renowned international business fraternity, has been instrumental in shaping my professional ethos. It provided me with a platform to interact with like-minded individuals, learn from industry experts, and hone my leadership skills.Given these experiences and my unwavering commitment to excel in the insurance industry, I firmly believe that I can bring value to Aon.
