Selected for Lactalis NextGen Industrial Program, admission rate: 0,5%. The project aimed to integrate young talents within the company, with job rotations and relocations in different production plants, enhancing their growth.In Bergamo, the major projects/tasks were:- Saving evaluation for a new PET bottle recovery line, with and without a buffer unit;- Energy consumption analysis for the Cleaning-in-place system;- Optimization of the compressed air distribution line.In Udine, the major projects/tasks were: - In charge of the project aimed at water consumption reduction: data gathering and analysis, proposal for new implementations, and economic evaluation;- Cleaning-in-place units analysis and optimization.

Major tasks:- Data gathering and analysis of electrical consumption of all the production lines and utilities;- Development of a desktop application (software language VB) for estimating the plant electrical consumption based on the variation in the production mix.
