Collect client information in order to run accurate insurance quotes, strategic problem solving, usually the customers first point of contact, policy changes, issuing of policies. Work mostly with our Home Health Care agencies workers compensation, general&professional liability policies. I also handle all personal lines of insurance(Auto,home, renters,health&umbrella policies)

Daily care of Alzheimers patient. Daily grooming, bathing, feeding, vital signs, medication&incontinence care. Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep. Insulin injections as needed, breathing treatments. Range of motion exercises, transferred from bed to wheelchair and vice versa. When bed ridden for a few months due to broken leg, changed patients position every other hour to prevent bed/pressure sores. Monitored patient after she was moved to an assisted living facility to make sure that she was eating correctly and receiving the proper care.

Booking flights for Mr.Hogan, keeping track of client consultations/meetings. Helping with client fittings.

Responsible for helping to develop effective sales scripts and rebuttal methods. Cold calling. Debt collection on donations that were verified but not sent.
