Rebar Scheduler/Rebar Engineer- Responsible in preparing reinforcing steel estimates, detailing diameters, shape, cutting list, bar bending and accessories products from structural and architectural drawings for Australian-based projects using MS Excel, AutoCAD and ARMAplus/ARC-software. Providing mark-up plans drawing for the scheduled bars showing layout of reinforcing bars. Responsible to reviews and inspects all plans provided by the customer/client and communicating professionally if there are discrepancies between architectural and Structural plans and raising RFI’s and seek clarification with Scheduling Supervisor, Productions, customers & clients about the project and assist with queries if there’s any and to keep the project running smoothly. Site Engineer- Responsible in ensuring the site is in good condition and ensuring the materials that will be used before start the construction. Overseeing proper implementation of civil and architectural works on the projects and responsible in site visit, inspections and preparing day to day basis activities and schedules of workers and ensuring the sequence of work program is executed and strictly followed based on approved plans in compliance on time line to meet the deadline and responsible for efficient engineering management of the project's timeline, cost, and quality control. And key liaison in collaboration with the workforce, project manager, company management and client. Evaluate and inspect the accomplishment weekly for billing application.Responsible in site progress and monitoring, Identify and supervise task that critical to timeline. Discuss and present a progress report with the Project Engineer. Responsible in estimating materials needed in site including Rebar works and Formworks for the project based on approved plans, details, standard and specifications. Preparing day to day basis activities and schedules for workers at the project sites. Monitor daily accomplishment and productivity report of workers. Collaborate with the foreman-in-charge on various concerns that arise during project execution and ensure the timeline and responsible in supervision of workforce.  On hand supervision on installation of distribution fittings in water and sewer lines. Quantity Surveyor (OJT) - Work as liaison between clients and Engineering Department Head on multiple Pre-Bid Meeting. And gain confidence in Dealing with clients in a positive and patient manner. And become part of the group that analyzed that estimate-budget cost in various and different projects.
