Lead Creative : Launched and promoted My Kitchen Rules since inception. Lead for 11 seasons.Lead Creative: Lead Creative for the award-winning 2016 Olympic Creative campaign, which saw the Olympics return to the Seven Network, and have continued in that role for 2 winter Olympics, 2 Commonwealth games, and 4 Paralympic games, not forgetting another award-winning campaign for Tokyo 2020. Lead Creative: Lead Creative for Seven's summer of Cricket and have been in that role for 4 summers. Helping to identify the needs of our department in an ever-changing industry and proactively act on them.Development. Encourage the growth of our large and varied team of producers through mentorship and opportunity. One of my proudest achievements has been the development of a buddy program that pairs new trainees withsenior creatives to develop the new generation of talented producers.Vision. Scripting, Editing, Producing promos and interstitials for Bio Channel. The brand is fundamentally structured on storytelling and character focused promotion to connect with the viewer. My proudest achievement during this time were two separate mini-doco interstitials on award winning photographers and the Archibald prize. This entailed interviews with artists and their famous subjects, such as Jimmy Barnes. I also won the coveted 'most outstanding promo' at ANZ BDA Promax as well as a other awards (domestic and international) while working here.

At FOX8 as a promo producer I worked across program promotion like Australia's Next Top Model, The Simpsons and other general entertainment. The turn around time was fast and required creative agility especially editing speed and accuracy.
