Drove a step-function improvement in working with our German teams in product development and overall successful project.• Managed cross-functional activities to gain project approval and successfully execute new product programs for a global tractor platform• Direct managerial responsibility for cross functional team including Manufacturing, Marketing, Supply Management, Logistics and Customer Support and provided work direction for Global Engineering and Cost Management• Successfully developed and maintained solid working relationships with local and global project and factory leadership

Owned the development and maintenance of John Deere’s 5-year product plan for Large Row Crop and 4WD tractor business through collaboration with worldwide Product Marketing, Market Planning, Engineering, Product Line Management Teams and Business Units. Coordinated the collection of pertinent product and market data, provided analysis to justify future product definition, led/facilitated activities to develop product specifications for future tractor product programs.

Project leader for John Deere Active Seat from concept to production. Coordinated development across multiple engineering functions and strategic suppliers, managed activities within Engineering, Supply Management, Manufacturing and Marketing throughout the product delivery process. This feature is enjoying a production life of 20+ years.
