Scope and responsibility increased to include client success engagement and relationships.Successfully managed and led the Home and Community Care Clinical Development and Quality assurance teams. Managed Agile methodologies and ceremonies within the organization. Worked closely with all internal stakeholders to identify solution feature priority.Implemented beta validation partnership program with strategic clients to ensure deliverables brought expected value upon general availability of projects. Defined the process of beta validation engagement for Home and Community Care, gained internal stakeholder support and leveraged the beta validation program for multiple high impact federally regulated projects through iterative client engagement. Engagements included solution design definition of projects, collection of client feedback of those overviews, iterative demonstrations of capabilities with an open feedback loop, delivery of feature to beta validation partners for additional testing and finally generally releasing capabilities. This program led to a decrease in client identified defects, an increase in client satisfaction and future client engagements, a strengthening of client relationships and an noticable improvement related to internal development capacity over time.

Scope and responsibility expanded to include leadership and management of Home and Community Care Clinical Development teams while continuing to hold responsibility for Home and Community Care Quality Assurance output and outcomes.Collaborated with all levels of stakeholders associated with the Home and Community Care organization. I worked closely with organization level strategists and solution designers to identify and prioritize feature level targets for our Clinical development team’s focus and implementation.Successfully oversaw and delivered on yearly high priority and government regulated (CMS) required feature deliverables and updates. Projects allowed our client base to successfully document in-home care status and outcomes that were vital both to the patient’s care journey and to the client’s ability to prove effectiveness in the care provided to federal oversight and payers.Delivered on feature level upgrades to allow for enhanced in-home care patient care delivery experiences through this time.
