Outcome not only improves data push speeds to our client-facing platform in Salesforce Health Cloud (HealtheCRM) by 75% which allows for our clients to have the most up to date information related to their patients in Contact Centers and for Marketing outreach, but it also decreases ETL costs by an average of 80% per month. A noticeable improvement to bottom line effectiveness within our product.Client outcome is extremely important to me.
