Designed, developed, and directed the daily operations of a multi-million dollar production/distribution operation consisting of six location (New York, Detroit, Rochester/NY, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Wilmington/OH). Operations coordinated the inbound movement of 100 to 500 new commercials (assets) and distributed 10,000 to 50,000 individual video and audio spots to stations across the country on a daily basis. Eliminated division wide redundancies and errors through analysis of procedures resulting in the establishment of new standardized operating procedures. Executed training programs in all areas of the operation to ensure that high quality standards were maintained in service and product quality.June 1998 - January 2000 Focus - Recruited to turn around the Wilmington, OH facility and integrate the GM Advertising Agencies under the new GM contract. Managed a two-shift plant operation to include client relations, production, quality control, customer service, warehousing, inventory, billing, I.T., engineering, and distribution. Turned around the operational culture from adversarial to a team oriented atmosphere with a focus towards serving both external and internal customers. Transformed the operation from a loss to a 20% net profit in six months time while integrating the New York operation and opening a Detroit facility.
