Executed training programs in all areas of the operation to ensure that high quality standards were maintained in service and product quality.June 1998 - January 2000 Focus - Recruited to turn around the Wilmington, OH facility and integrate the GM Advertising Agencies under the new GM contract. Managed a two-shift plant operation to include client relations, production, quality control, customer service, warehousing, inventory, billing, I.T., engineering, and distribution. Turned around the operational culture from adversarial to a team oriented atmosphere with a focus towards serving both external and internal customers. Transformed the operation from a loss to a 20% net profit in six months time while integrating the New York operation and opening a Detroit facility.
