SOURCING & RECRUITMENT (BAND A)o Close all legacy requirementso To keep a 30-day TAT from MRF to JOo To conduct interview and endorse candidates to the hiring managers o To conduct assessments including English tests (verbal, written, and comprehension)o Select the right person for the right seatso Cross function with HR for the collection and completion of pre-employment requirements ENGAGEMENT & RETENTION o Improve the HB6 retention rate by creating programs that will engage the employees o Improve the communication between HB6 ManCom and the rest of the division by cascading the necessary information o Bridge the communication gaps o Rally the employees and uplift the employee motivation and morale and health o Conduct 1-2-1 sessions for career counselling o Communicate any necessary escalations to employees within the division o Act as the main source of communication from the division out and back to the division

• Partner effectively with operations to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive exceptional approaches for recruiting top talent in competitive markets, with an emphasis on:o Identifying target companies and candidateso Effective sourcing techniqueso First-rate interviewing and candidate experienceo Measuring and reporting resultso Continuous improvements.• Establish partnerships with critical talent sources such as professional organizations, graduate schools, universities, and other business partners and allied services.• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management providing insights and recommendations on recruiting that contribute to the overall achievement of the company’s business objectives• Build a data-driven recruiting organization, evolving recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insights, drive decision making and measure team productivity and program ROI; Refine and manage back-end recruiting operations capabilities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination functions• Lead, motivate and mentor Talent Marketing and Sourcing team.

• Responsible in the end to end process of Executive Technical Search engagement from sourcing of applicant, screening (phone and face to face interview) , scheduling, conducting reference checks and including client interface and job matching and billing.• Posting ads for IT Hiring requirements.• Follow up with client• Client Management and Accounts Management
