My background includes collaborating with diverse stakeholders, developing strategic solutions to complex issues, and fostering collaborative relationships.In my current role as a Youth Community Safety Liaison at The Family Centre, I work closely with the City of Edmonton, Edmonton Police Service, and United Way to identify and address recurring crime and safety issues in youth communities. This role has honed my skills in stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, and community advocacy.Previously, as a Family Connector at The Family Centre, I developed and implemented safety plans for children in at-risk environments, built support systems for families, and facilitated the reintegration of children into parental care. These experiences have equipped me with strong analytical skills, conflict resolution abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain meaningful relationships.I am passionate about creating positive change in communities and am looking for opportunities to further my career in social work and policy advocacy.
