During this time of transition for our team, I provide oversight and strategic direction for all mass and mid-level fundraising efforts including direct mail, telemarketing, digital marketing, and events, as well as all duties listed under Engagement Manager. I set process and cultural direction for the donor relations team. I set strategy and direction for all public fundraising campaigns. I manage a substantial budget alongside management of 7 full-time staff and 10 volunteers.

I lead a team of 3 full-time staff and 10 volunteers to ensure highly effective donor experiences, including fundraising events, donor relations, vision trips, peer-to-peer fundraising, and other campaigns as needed. I design and lead the strategic vision for donor engagement in collaboration with Executive Team and Board of Directors for donors at mass, mid, and major levels of giving. I build and maintain fundraising forecasts and budgets for all activities. I provide insight to external communications strategy to ensure brand continuity and return on investment.

Achieved monthly revenue growth of 218% from January 2021-August 2022, while building and managing a team of 43. Created all systems, processes, and teams for customer service, human resources, data management, performance management, and project management. Implemented a full business model overhaul to maximize revenue through client retention and high quality service while achieving outstanding job satisfaction. Led a donor services team of 5 responsible for engaging and retaining more than 50,000 donors by creating daily high- touch experiences using online and offline media. Developed personalized programs for volunteers and digital fundraisers. Contributed to fundraising and attendee experience for a 6-week nationwide book and film tour. Recruited, trained, and managed the team that executed all public fundraising campaigns, generating the majority of the organization's total revenue, which grew from $3.2MM to $13MM annually. Launched an online monthly giving community that grew from 0 to just over 6,000 members who contributed $3MM per year. Managed all incoming donor questions and requests via email, chat, phone, and other forms of communication.
