Using my extensive knowledge in the skateboarding world to help customers find everything from the perfect skateboard, to the right fit of clothing while helping manage a large sales staff. Duties included store/staff management, cashier, skate equipment assembly, and helping customers on the sales floor.

Encinitas

Began as a summer skate camp counselor, and transitioned into a skate lesson instructor and eventually working up to Site Supervisor. Duties included skateboard instruction, staff scheduling, and participant problem solving, managing up to 100 kids/participants and up to a dozen staff members.
