I have developed a passion for creating new things with the goal of uplifting people. My experience at the University of Kansas taught me a plethora of skills in how to connect with others in meaningful ways and the value of the entrepreneurial mindset. Entrepreneurship is in everything we do from the ways we think, act, and connect with those around us. Pursuing my student engagement startup, FRESHLINK, post-college is an exciting journey where I am learning how to effectively manage my time for what I deeply care about.In my current role at CET, I am learning about biomedical/biotechnology research translation and the impacts that educational resources have on the outcomes of researchers. Through the STARTUP Central initiative, we are validating our platform with multiple cohorts of researchers and faculty at universities in the Central (IDeA State) region. Our platform is designed to fit the need of commercialization education for researchers/faculty/post docs/startups pursuing the next stage of their research/business.My faith in Jesus is where I find my identity and value.
