Started off cold calling previous members, fact finding about their current activity level, golf, tennis, social, or business activities to test level of interest. Find out what led to resignation, and craft custom offer of membership or offer custom resort/golf vacations to resolve corporate liability. Key Results: Top performer on team four years running! Results from Feb 2019 to Feb 2021 from a total of 790 transactions resulting in $2.4 million dollar s in benefit to the corporation. This was achieved through 118 club memberships, 43 resort packages and the remainder negotiated through club and golf credits. Mentored and help train junior consultants on successful call prep and script delivery on sales opportunities. Lead by example on showing consultants how to prospect for new business and pipeline development. The successful beta test led to corporate approval of expansion of the team and product offerings, the team now consists of 15 team members with a manager reporting to the VP of Sales and myself in the lead sales role.
