At 18 he started at the bottom in a kitchen of a 5-star hotel and resort. Within weeks he moved to prep cook and then line cook in their 3-diamond restaurant. As time passed, Dane realized that his place was in front of the house engaging, talking, meeting, and helping people He quickly excelled and was moved to the banquet captain position where he successfully ran over eighty luxury weddings and hundreds of conferences. After a quick vacation to Colorado in 2005, Dane decided to move his career to cozy, Telluride, Colorado. Telluride’s economy is centered on tourism and hospitality, thus bringing together his passion for the outdoors, skiing, and hospitality. Dane spent five years in Telluride before relocating to Denver where he continued his education in customer service while working in restaurants, sports bars, and nightclubs. This experience allowed him the opportunity to really get to know the people and the city from the inside out. A skill that continues to help him excel in assisting his clients with their real estate needs. Whether it was 2003 or 2019, 9am or 2am, Dane always had one end goal – to provide the best customer service he could to his clients and customers. As long as Dane can remember he has been interested in real estate. Even as a little kid he was excited to explore around the town and see new houses. Then as he got older, reality TV and HGTV only contributed more to that passion. Couple these with a 20-year career in service and hospitality, and it creates a profession and industry that Dane is thrilled to be part of.Dane education and experience make him an unparalleled agent in the real estate community.
