Included leadership training and assessment for executive team. • Simms Fishing Products, Bozeman, MT - Spearheaded the integration of the processes included in the “People Operating System” to include: Performance Management system, Topgrading Hiring Process, On-Boarding Process, Engagement Survey, Talent Review system. Worked closely with the CEO and Sr. team in both 1-1 coaching and group work. • Rhythm Systems, Charlotte, NC – Serve as a strategic partner for company executive.

Brought on board to develop and implement a comprehensive performance / talent management system and to provide cultural leadership in creating an engaged workforce. Specific processes developed and instituted include: Hiring and On-Boarding Process, Quarterly Talent Review Process, Job Scorecards / Weekly Metrics, Associate Engagement Survey Process, 360 Feedback / Coaching process for 35 managers / supervisors, Management Training Program, Mentoring Program, Management Bench Strength Program.”

Oversaw the staff training and development function which included assessments, program design, delivery, coaching / 360 feedback, evaluation and setting strategy for a staff of 1,500 administrators and instructors.
