I am responsible for overseeing 5 representatives. I am responsible for maintaining a high sales close rate for the store month after month. I am responsible for building weekly schedules, completing weekly audits, and regularly having to be on 4 calls a week. One of the calls I am in charge of leading. We average around $45,000 gross profit each month as a store. I am responsible for incentivizing sales representatives into selling more. I am in charge of overseeing sales associates performance daily to see what needs improved on and what is being done well. I work directly with customers to explain the features and benefits of products to complete sales. I make and receive calls to generate more sales through use of CRM. I take one rep each week an go out to door tag neighborhoods that have our services available so that they will come in store. I regularly meet with all of the mangers from the district to go over performance goals. I am able to produce high enough sales numbers in each category to hit store targets and monthly bonuses each and every month.
