► Used ENVI 4.8 to perform ISODATA classification on Landsat 5 TM remotely-sensed imagery to determine distribution and extent of mangrove land cover off the coast of Senegal.► Performed a time-series analysis of mangrove loss from 1990-2010.► Implemented vector feature extraction from classified Landsat tiles for import into GIS software.

► Database development of spatial mountain lion (Puma concolor) track data. ► Scrubbed ~10 years of geospatial telemetry data files and consolidated data into a personal geodatabase using MS Access.► Subsequent to database development, hot-spot statistical analysis was used to determine home range size of specific mountain lion individuals.► Final deliverable was a ANSI E size map showing lion movement patterns in the Santa Ana Mountains region of Orange & Riverside counties.
