I was responsible for the comfort of the guests, as well as the cleanliness of the work area. I also servedas a barback (bartender's assistant). In my first year I was nominated for Employee of the year 2017 outof roughly 40 employees. Although the title was given to a more experienced team member, I was veryproud to have my efforts validated.

At Brookshire's I had a wide range of responsibilities. I would care directly for guests, restock shelves,take out trash, clean bathrooms, etc. You name it, I did it. Although I was relatively young when I heldthis position, I believe it provided valuable experience in the field of customer service.
