I am currently working as an Executive Recruiter for Future Positive, accessing high quality candidates into networks and opportunities across Australia. I have substantial management experience across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Business Development/Client Relationship Management. This includes over 5 years recruitment experience, gained most recently whilst employed as General Manager with STAR Appointments, focusing primarily on Senior Management and Executive roles. Having spent 3 years based in Bangkok, working within Sales & Marketing across Asia Pacific, I gained great experience in dealing within cross-cultural and international environments. This built upon my experience in London, where I worked with people from many different religious and cultural backgrounds, including non-native English speakers.I have had a longstanding commitment to supporting people within the community who face hardship and discrimination.
