The responsibilities of this role consist of precisely measuring ingredients and following recipes, cooking/baking deserts, ensuring the kitchen is stocked and prepared for the next day, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, foreseeing the shipment of incoming orders and keeping track of when new shipments are needed.

The responsibilities of this role included overseeing all functions of the bar, ensuring that all freezers and keg coolers remained within optimum temperature, maintaining/replacing kegs and monitoring levels of nitrogen/carbon dioxide tanks, predicting the expected volume of customers on any given night in order stock accordingly, taking inventory and recording all products that would need to be delivered during the week which often amounts to upwards of 10,000 USD.
