Hi, I'm currently finalizing the Chemical Engineering portion of my double degree in Pharmaceutical Science and Chemical Engineering specializing in formulation science. I have completed all the units for the Pharmascuetical Science side of my degree. In these units I have formulated tablets and creams in thier entirety alongside using Plackett Burmann and Factorial testing to see which excipients and interactions between excipients produce the most desirable formulation qualities. The factorial and Plackett Burmann tests were designed using a self-made version of the program Design Expert which had been reverse engineered into excel. I also underwent an intensive HPLC course to understand how each machine/chemical parameter can influence the selectivity and efficiency of runs. Each predicted effect was documentated in a large excel document for later reference. I have also used titration to generate stock solutions and to analyse unknown solutions. Outside of university I have a strong interest in everything Adobe Suite and have used it wherever possible in University to create more engaging and visually striking presentations. I also enjoy cooking and home brewing (alongside other fermentation projects) and am in the process of whiskey production with a few other students. I also formulate and produce my own perfumes. I currently work at Woolworths Malvern as a Front-End Supervisor a postion granted after 3 months working for the Woolworths company.
