I find myself currently in a transitional phase, embarking on a new journey after an exhilarating 15-year career as a professional skier, adorned with numerous awards. During this remarkable journey, I had the privilege of collaborating with top-tier film companies such as Teton Gravity Research, Sherpas Cinema, and Blank Collective. Now, I'm stepping behind the camera, which feels like a natural progression given my lifelong passion for filming and editing.Throughout my skiing career, my prowess in filmmaking and editing has served as a valuable marketing asset. This transition represents an evolution of my creative talents.Since 2017, I've been actively producing videos through my company, Shred House Media. It all began with a personal ski film titled "The Mountains Are Calling," a project created in collaboration with Scott Sports, Helly Hansen, K2 Skis, and Intuition Liners. For this endeavor, I enlisted a videographer to capture the footage, while I took on the role of editor, shaping the video into its final form.In recent times, my focus has shifted towards projects for the Tourism industry and events. I've been crafting engaging short-form videos tailored for platforms like YouTube and Instagram. This transition to videography and storytelling allows me to continue pursuing my passion while offering fresh perspectives from the other side of the lens.
