I am a high-performing NDIS manager and have gained valuable insight and experience working in various roles within the disability sector over the last eight years. My passion for investing and developing teams to reach their full potential, alongside my unwavering focus, allows me to simultaneously work through a wide range of complex challenges. These skills make me incredibly valuable and effective to NDIS Participants, the teams I manage and the organisation I represent. I care deeply about improving practice, self-reflection and identifying how processes can be improved ongoing. Building and maintaining relationships is one of my top priorities and most significant professional skills.
