I never had the urge to write. I'd seen what my sister, Qwillia Rain, went through with editing, marketing, and cover art. Writing just wasn't for me. I'd even failed Writing 101 in college the first time around. Then I had a dream. It was July 2007. That dream woke me out of a dead sleep, then kept me up every night after that. Of course, I turned to the one person who could help, and what did my sister have to say? "Write it down. Get it out of your head and you’ll be fine”. So that's what I did. And it worked. I slept like a baby...for one night. That dream was just the beginning. Now, years later, I've got over sixty stories on my computer; including romances, westerns, paranormals, and a lot of science fiction. There's even a couple of young adult series' and one children's book. Most of my stories are complete and just waiting for editing while some are filed neatly away in my head. There's no doubt I'm hooked. I couldn't stop writing even if I wanted to. And I definitely don't want to. Although, I do wonder, sometimes, what would have happened if I'd just taken a sleeping pill.
