Olivier Chengs is the most exclusive catering company in New York City and deals with New York City's elite. This company expects nothing but perfection given their high end clientele and it was my job to deliver. My role at events varied greatly from actively working on the floor to an oversight at larger events and within these roles it was my duty to ensure all VIP guests are kept at the standard expected from Olivier. I had to maintain strict confidentiality in order to protect the clients interests and maintain the longevity of their business. Working at Olivier Chengs taught me how to facilitate people from vastly different cultures and affluence and deliver positive outcomes no matter how difficult the circumstances.
