This involved vendor selection, $5M contract negotiation, cross-functional team leadership, presentations to executives, vendor management, task tracking, budget management, requirements, user-acceptance testing, and specification authoring for custom features and integrations.At Forte, Dane oversees various client engagements that are executed by staff programmers: An investor document distribution web application for Sequoia Equities, and a property tax reporting application for Nationwide Real Estate Tax Services, and more.Tribal Brands: Dane managed the development of a mobile application that promoted music talent to the fan base. The app allowed fans to access set lists and music tracks for Green Day and Keith Urban.Pinzoo.com: Dane managed the development of a web application that distributed pre-paid phone service accounts. The system included a consumer front-end e-commerce and delivery system, as well as a full back-end customer service system. The project also included project management of the back-end infrastructure.
