No, that's not meant to sound negative, I actually really enjoy the service offering and the change we make to peoples lives. I'm still with the same great company and play a key role (I think) in its success..Management – I develop our sales teams strategy, structure and cadence. I create team and individual targets and monitor forecasts/pipelines. I run team meetings and hold performance reviews. I target areas for market growth, aid in recruitment and training and set the companies culture and standards. I have been solely responsible for at least 10 employees since 2014. Marketing - I create our companies market reports to customers and our 5-figure subscriber list. These are jargon-free and crucial for anyone with exchanges in the pipeline. I write a weekly currency blog for French Property News & France Property shop subscribers, outlining the key risk events and adding my 2-cents to what the Pound may do for the week ahead. I write quarterly content for Complete France and their magazines, giving updates on the currency market and explaining why using a payments specialist is essential when purchasing a property abroad. I also create our companies email marketing strategy and content. Sales – I have been working in sales for more than a decade and I just can’t seem to let go of it just yet. I enjoy working with the partners I have and relish the opportunity of taking their customers through the sales process. I have my own portfolio of clients both corporate and private that keep me busy throughout the day too. I also represent the firm at exhibitions and try to meet with clients and partners when possible.
