I am the Regional Operations Trainer for the North Central Region of Lithia Motors Inc.. I am responsible for the Sales and Service Advisor Training of 37 dealership Sales Consultants and Managers in our region, including the Michigan based Suburban Collection dealers and the Wisconsin based Wilde Dealers. I am also willing to help any Lithia Motors Dealer that may need some assistance.I have a passion for training and love watching people learn and grow in the business. I have worked for The Suburban Collection since February 2010, and I have a total of 25 years of experience in Automotive Retailing. I started in the business as a kid, my father had a long history in the car business, so naturally I grew up in the showroom. I remember my first job there at about 12 years old was emptying the ashtrays off Sales Consultant's desks! Times were different back then.Eventually I became a detailer, porter, lease return inspector then made the transition to Sales after high school. I've been in the business ever since. In 2010, I was recruited to join the new team at Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy. My first day was the day they opened in February of 2010, in the role of Sales and Leasing Consultant. In 2013, I was asked by our previous trainer and UNBELIEVABLE mentor Mark Clemens, If I would consider helping him out with Sales Training, Once I learned the skill sets needed, I was asked to leave my position at the dealership and join The Suburban Collection's Corporate Support Team as the full time Sales Trainer in 2015. I have been doing full time Sales Training ever since and couldn't have asked for a better opportunity. I love what I do, and the people I do it for. Thanks for connecting with me!
