I am a technical support specialist with a background in systems administration for small to medium sized businesses. I specialize in problem solving and paying close attention to the needs of my clients to ensure they can operate efficiently.Until recently, I worked as a technical support specialist for Onsite Technical Services. In this role I provided a wide range of technical support services to a variety of small businesses. This support included simple things like installing windows updates, as well as more complex tasks such as configuring and installing new network equipment and setting up new servers.Colleagues knew me as a hard worker with good problem solving skills, and they knew they could rely on me.
