With over 7 years of experience in the event industry, I am a passionate and creative Customer Experience Manager at Onnit Gym, where I oversee the front and back of house operations and curate memorable experiences for the members and visitors. I have a certification in wedding planning and a degree in hospitality and tourism management, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to plan and execute events of various sizes and scopes, from certifications and workshops to weddings and corporate functions.As a Customer Experience Manager, I manage the Cafe, Retail, Front Desk, on-site marketing, and Events teams, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and satisfaction.
