I've published in the Guardian newspaper, various English language publications in Tokyo, the Abiko Quarterly and all over the bleeding web. My main genre is creative non fiction. Sometimes, I catch stories from the world around me and refashion them into something that lies between fiction and what really happened. After nearly 37 years of doing this, I can no longer tell the difference between dreams and reality. Some of you say I tell lies, but fiction can sometimes reveal more than the truth.

Edited a variety of English language publications for the foreign market in Tokyo. Genres included poetry, fiction, articles, and columns.

Developed and wrote content for IAC and IAC English-Language Client websites.

Worked in the Buzen City Board of Education office. Worked with the Japanese Teachers of English to develop and execute state curriculum in Jr. High schools.

I apprenticed here in my early career. The Rankin Group was Ernie Rankin, Tech Ad Guy and his group of advertising professionals. I learned a lot from Ernie and the group. PR, Design, Art Direction and Accounting/HR. A great apprenticeship.
