I am a strategic design leader and co-founder with two successful exits. I’m an advisor and executive coach, specializing in critical transitions. I've led globally distributed teams for world-class products, services, and brands while focusing on scaling the design process across multiple business domains for growth-stage companies and beyond.I co-founded a start-up in 2006, which was acquired in 2008 by eBay. I’ve had the pleasure to build, grow & lead teams for both start-ups and big companies.  I know how to build shareholder value. I love to mine the experience potential in companies, and I’ve been told I’m a ‘humble leader driven by purpose’.  I have worked on an international scale with CEO's and Product leadership. I have led teams 8-55 for Microsoft, BMW, Major League Baseball, Quokka Sports, NBCOlympics, eBay, Trov, Samsung NEXT, and Amazon. I have built and launched global experiences in several countries, and have garnered several prestigious awards in design & marketing.I believe that stories build in strength with re-telling. It is the product & brand stories that become the reason we all move forward together.I am also an author, speaker, artist, and father. I am the author of 'The Future of Memories' and advisor to 'standbeautiful.me', an anti-bullying movement promoting the acceptance of self and others.I speak on design and culture transformation.
