Over the years, I managed concurrent projects and diverse teams towards developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with nuclear energy policies and programs.As a Nuclear Reactor Inspector, I planned and conducted inspections at nuclear power plants throughout the US and ensured compliance with design specifications by following applicable codes, and rules and regulations of the NRC. Identified security-related issues and addressed issues with licensee personnel.Over the years, I have enjoyed working with diverse teams at nuclear facilities across the US, coaching, mentoring and training junior inspectors towards achieving their qualification for the Nuclear Safety Development Program.
