My passion is working with human resource and finance professionals who share the belief there is a better way for employee benefits strategies.While human resources is very dynamic, the industry solutions for employee benefits are often dated and stale. I partner with organizations to develop unique solutions for their employees that are better than the same old solutions used for the past 20 years.HR and Finance professionals are increasingly crossing paths on employee benefits issues but they do not speak the same language. I facilitate these discussions more effectively based on my unique experience and skills as the only Chartered Professional Accountant advising on employee benefits solutions in the local market.Employee benefits are significant to the business and organizations need to be more strategic in this area, and, at the very least, as strategic as they are in other areas of the business. An organization's benefits strategy needs to compliment the broader people strategy which, in turn, is integrated into the business strategy and goals. I work with senior management teams to develop employee benefits strategies that recognize the increasing financial complexity of employee benefits and their integration into broader business strategies.The results for my clients are employee benefits plans that are not only affordable but are also sustainable and relevant to their employees and therefore relevant to their business strategies.I also pride myself on having balance between my personal life and work.
